Welcome to IUPAT Local # 78.  We have proudly represented Commercial and Industrial Painters as well as Drywall Finishers for over 70 years.  Local # 78's jurisdiction is the following counties of Southwest Washington: Cowlitz, Wahkiakum, Pacific, Clatsop, Columbia and parts of Lewis.
