Local 10

IUPAT Local 10 is Located in Portland, Oregon and has the proud distinction of being originally chartered on October 2nd, 1899. Today the Local includes members working in the Commercial and Industrial painting industries, Drywall Finishers, and the Metal Trades/Shipyard industry. The Local also has members working under several public employee contracts including the Port of Portland, Portland Public Schools, the City of Portland, the Portland Housing Authority and Union Manor Management. There is also an active retiree group that meets on a regular basis.

Local 10’s jurisdiction covers the following counties in Oregon and S.W. Washington:

Clackamas, Clatsop, Columbia, Gilliam, Hood River, Jefferson, Multnomah, Sherman, Tillamook, Wasco, Washington, Wheeler, and Yamhill in Oregon.
